The Rev. Richard Ryscavage is a Jesuit priest and expert on global migration who teaches at Georgetown University. He previously directed Fairfield University’s Center for Faith and Public Life. He also formerly served as national director of the Jesuit Refugee Service and was the executive director of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Office of Migration and Refugee Services.
