Stephen Yale-Loehr is a professor of immigration law practice at Cornell Law School in Ithaca, N.Y. He is co-author of Immigration Law and Procedure, a treatise on U.S. immigration law, and was the founder and original director of Invest in the USA, a trade association of EB-5 immigrant investor regional centers.

Caroline Mala Corbin is a law professor at the University of Miami who specializes in First Amendment issues, including free speech and religious freedom. She regularly joins amicus briefs on religious issues that are filed with the Supreme Court.

Carrie Severino is the chief counsel and policy director for the Judicial Crisis Network. She previously served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Jonathan Turley is a professor of public interest law at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. His areas of research include constitutional law, legal theory and tort law.

James Weinstein is a professor of constitutional law and a faculty fellow at the Center for Law, Science & Innovation at Arizona State University. He is also an associate fellow at the Centre for Public Law at the University of Cambridge. His areas of research are constitutional law, particularly free speech, as well as jurisprudence and legal history.

David Hudson is an adjunct professor of law at Vanderbilt University and scholar on the staff of the First Amendment Center at the university’s Nashville campus. He is an expert on First Amendment and church-state issues.
