A joint paper of the Institute on Religion and Democracy and the Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty which claims that the support of the Evangelical Climate Initiative by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, which also underwrites family planning initiatives, as evidence that support for intervention in climate change could lead to efforts at population control.
