Anthony Duff is a professor and the Russell M. and Elizabeth M. Bennett Chair in Excellence at the University of Minnesota Law School. Duff is a leading expert on the philosophy of punishment and is internationally recognized for his expertise in criminal law and its structure. He is a member of the British Humanist Philosophers Group.
