The Anna Howard Shaw Center at Boston University School of Theology is an ecumenical center focused on women in the clergy and women’s issues in religion that is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. In 2012, the center published a study on the retention of women clergy. Rev. Dr. Hee An Choi is the director of the center and was lead investigator in the study.
