In 2007, the Discovery Institute, the central think tank of the intelligent design movement, published Explore Evolution, its high school textbook that criticizes evolution. Critics called it a repackaging of the institute’s previous textbook The Design of Life: Discovering Signs of Intelligence in Biological Systems, which appeared in 2006.
