Jon W. Davidson is Legal Director at Lambda Legal, a national legal organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and those with HIV.

Ken Choe is Deputy General Counsel and Counselor to the Office of Health Reform at the Department of Health and Human Services. Before that, Choe was a Senior Staff Attorney at the LGBT Rights and AIDS Projects of the national ACLU.
