He was the founder and co-director of The Sanctuaries, an art-focused spiritual community in Washington, D.C. and can speak to various issues of interfaith engagement.

Rather than focus on a shared space and traditional rituals, members split their time and resources between a variety of ministries, like Taco Church, Laundry Love and Pub Theology.
