The Jewish Historical Society of Delaware in Wilmington chronicles the lives of that state’s Jews.

The Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives is the repository for more than 10 million pages documenting American Jewish history. The Cincinnati campus of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion houses the collection. Gary P. Zola is executive director.

Isaac Jerusalmi is a professor emeritus of Bible and Semitic languages at Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati. He wrote the introduction to Stanford University’s digitized Ladino library.
