“Corbett challenged over moving kids to Medicaid”

May 31, 2013 article about Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett asking the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide his state an exemption that would remove the requirement that Pennsylvania transfer thousands of kids from the state’s Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP) over to Medicaid.
