The Rev. Jeff Kersey is senior pastor of Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church, which will consider leaving the denomination if it adopts more liberal policies on LGBTQ ordination and same-sex marriage.

The Rev. Mark Holland is executive director of Mainstream UMC, an organization that’s advocating for the United Methodist Church to allow individual pastors and churches to decide whether to participate in same-sex weddings.

Juan Carlos Cruz is an advocate for survivors of clergy sexual abuse. By sharing his own experience of abuse, he spurred the Vatican to take action in Chile and later received an apology from Pope Francis. Cruz now lives in Philadelphia and works in communications.

Kathleen McChesney is a leadership consultant with Kinsale Management Consulting. She previously worked for the FBI and led the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Office of Child Protection.
